Cases where returns or exchanges are not accepted: • If the product has been opened or used. • If the return or exchange request is made after the specified period. • If the product is damaged due to the customer. • Products on offers and discounts (unless there is a manufacturing defect). In case of receiving the wrong or damaged product: We apologize for the mistake, and please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos showing the problem, and we will handle the exchange or return at our full expense.
